Rates

Midweek (Sun-Thurs) - $650/night

Weekend (Fri, Sat or Sat, Sun) - $750/night

Holiday rate (3 night minimum) - $750/night

Weekly rate - $4200/week ($600 per night)

Pet policy form available upon request.

MN State Sales and Lodging Taxes totaling 12.375% apply.

Rental Policies

Reservations changed more then 30 days in advance may have their deposit applied to another date within one year. If the property is rented out for the original dates and you have not transferred the deposit , it will be refunded. If the property is not rented - transferring the deposit is the only option. No refunds due to weather.

Check –in is any time after 5 PM Check out is 10 AM. Arrangements may be made in advance for early or late times.

Damage and Cleaning Policy

Card is kept on file for damages and extra cleaning situations. Please leave a tip for the cleaners.
